Bookings & Payment

• Service requests are confirmed once scheduling and any required deposit are agreed.
• Fees, payment timing, and any travel charges are described in your quote or invoice.
• Weather, airspace restrictions, or safety conditions may require rescheduling at no fault to either party.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and licensing of captured media are defined in your service agreement. Website content, branding, and logos remain the property of Deluxky and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and portals only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
