Deluxky Aerial Visions (“Deluxky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides aerial drone photography, videography, real estate media, and visual documentation services. This policy describes the types of information we may collect when you visit our website or engage our services, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit a form or request a quote.
• Account information if you register for a client, partner, or hotel portal, including credentials managed by our authentication provider.
• Project and media content such as addresses, scheduling details, and the photos or videos captured as part of a booked service.
• Usage information collected automatically by standard web technologies, such as your browser type and pages viewed.

Google Analytics on Public Pages

Deluxky uses Google Analytics 4 on public marketing pages only to understand which services and contact options visitors use. Deluxky does not initialize Google Analytics on sign-in, registration, account, Admin, client, partner, hotel-portal, booking, confirmation, delivery-token, or other private and unclassified pages.

On measured public pages, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and receive browser or device information, approximate location derived from the IP address, and activity on the public page. Deluxky sends a canonical page URL, a page title, a sanitized public referrer, and a small closed set of public interactions such as a phone, email, service, or successfully submitted contact-form action.

Deluxky does not send the complete query string or URL fragment. From a public-page URL, it may extract and send only the approved Google Business Profile attribution values in utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign, plus a syntactically bounded gclid advertising click identifier. Other query parameters are rejected from the Analytics event contract.

Deluxky does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form content, account or project identifiers, or private tokens to Google Analytics. Cookies created after a public-page visit may remain in the browser until they expire or are cleared, but private pages do not send Analytics measurement events.
